After we completed one of the non-standard orders with a "small" coil, the company's management decided to launch a new product line for all our customers.

Our specialists have changed the settings of the insulating machine and designed a new model of coils taking into account the design features of electric motors. The updated automated line allows the manufacture of parts for electric motors eliminating impacts, uneven bends and violation of the symmetry of coils/windings.

Features of the new product

“Not large” overall length: small length of straight parts, there is a bevel along the grooves.

• the minimum total length of the coil is 380 mm,
• the minimum length of the rectilinear part is 195 mm.

For the manufacture of a new production line, new tooling was manufactured and equipment was upgraded. These coils were formed on the Schuman machine, for this purpose, these toolings were developed and manufactured:

• pressure plates. They were designed and manufactured almost from scratch at our company.
• holders. They were improved on the example of existing toolings.

The D.E.M FZE factory manufactures to order coils of stator windings with voltage up to 13800V and a maximum coil length of 3500 mm. Our stator coil meets the most stringent requirements for reliability, durability, efficiency and are used in all industries.

Due to the increased demand for these products, the plant specialists have developed a technology for manufacturing renewed anchor sections, which are mainly used in the railway sector.

To launch the new project, an end flattening and facing press, an induction heater and additional tooling were purchased and new employees were hired.

The new type of section is necessary for small collectors of traction machines where conventional sections will not fit due to the lead ends.

Each armature section has four elemental sections arranged flat in the groove and consisting of a single copper conductor. The conductors are turned 90° and flattened to a thickness of 1.4 mm as they enter the collector loops, ensuring that the sections can be laid quickly.

D.E.M. FZE production facility regularly upgrades equipment and renews its machine fleet to expand its products. Any rebuilder or motor manufacturer can turn to us for sections for electric machines.

Most evidence of hockey-like games during the Middle Ages is found in legislation concerning sports and games. The Galway Statute enacted in Ireland in 1527 banned certain types of ball games, including games using "hooked" (written "hockie", similar to "hooky") sticks. By the 19th century, the various forms and divisions of historic games began to differentiate and coalesce into the individual sports defined today. Organizations dedicated to the codification of rules and regulations began to form, and national and international bodies sprang up to manage domestic and international competition.

Though Ramadan is going to end but it will always inspire us to do good deeds in our lives. Let us keep doing that.

The peculiarity of this coil is a very thin wire - only 1,60x2,24 mm (S=3,369 mm2).

• The first difficulty was to order such a wire, because for so many plants, such a cross-section is too small. As a result, one of the largest wire factories upgraded its line to produce this size to our order.
• The second difficulty is working with this kind of wire. Before that, the smallest cross-section produced for us was 5 mm2 which is more than 30% less. Some tools were upgraded, and specialized tooling was designed and manufactured.

The set turned out to be very complicated, however, we coped with it. At the moment, the coils are stacked and tested.

We fulfilled the order in complete accordance with our terms of the technical task. The customer is satisfied.
